Job Description
Our client a leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry is looking for aContract Data Analyst Product Performancebased in Indianapolis IN.
The ideal candidate will join the Diabetes Care Manufacturing Product Performance team as aManufacturing Systems Analyst. In this role they will manage essential manufacturing software analyze data for process improvements and work collaboratively to enhance system performance within a Life Sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Management: Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing software (COTS) applications.
- Data Analysis: Develop reports analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes.
- Technical Collaboration: Work with IT teams on systems such as Active Directory SQL Oracle VMware Cisco; manage ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
- Support: Aid teams in managing complex system structures and interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in Math Engineering IT or related field.
- Experience: 2 years in manufacturing systems support ideally in Life Sciences.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAS or data analysis tools strong troubleshooting and effective communication.
- Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow networking fundamentals and lab data systems.
