Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor to lead a dynamic speech therapy department ensuring exceptional care delivery staff development and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (required).
- Experience: 5 years of clinical SLP experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g. HIPAA CMS) budget management and quality improvement methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership organizational communication and conflictresolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mentor and evaluate speechlanguage pathology staff to ensure highquality care.
- Coordinate speech therapy services across inpatient outpatient or schoolbased settings.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and accreditation standards (e.g. ASHA Joint Commission).
- Manage departmental budgets staffing and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians educators and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans.
- Provide clinical guidance and consultation for complex cases.
- Oversee staff continuing education training and professional development.
