As a Toxicology Technical Supervisor (LC/MS) you will be at the forefront of the laboratorys highcomplexity testing operations. With direct oversight of critical testing processes your expertise will directly contribute to the accuracy reliability and success of the laboratorys toxicology services. What Youll Do:

• Oversee routine testing quality control calibration maintenance and proficiency testing to ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and CLIA HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

• Provide direct supervision for highcomplexity tests ensuring adherence to testing protocols and accuracy at all stages.

• Monitor test analyses and specimen examinations to guarantee performance standards are consistently met ensuring the highest quality in results.

• Take corrective action whenever test systems deviate from performance specifications and ensure that test results are not reported until all issues are addressed.

• Lead training and development for testing personnel to ensure they meet industry standards and foster a teamoriented culture.

• Perform annual evaluations and document the performance of testing staff to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with lab goals.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless workflow and keep the laboratorys operations running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table:

• B.S. in Biology Clinical Lab Science or a related field.

• At least 4 years of laboratory training or experience in highcomplexity testing with a focus on toxicology and LC/MS technologies.

• Familiarity with Agilent 6460 and ImmTox 270 EIA systems is preferred.

• Experience in toxicology sample preparation and handling is a plus.

• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills to lead the team effectively and ensure quality compliance.
