Description
8am 5pm/ Full time/ 40 hours
We are seeking a capable Nurse Managerwho has acquired broad experience in caring for patients and has developed a sound understanding about the care of a particular patient population.
- Plans coordinates and directs the daily operations of a specific section/division.
- Supervises clinical staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and familycentered care.
- Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission vision and values of the department.
- Adept at creative problemsolving negotiating conflict and collaborating with others. Demonstrates insight judgment and clinically sound risktaking.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Two years of experience as an RN with one 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.
- All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- BLS required and ACLS certifications may be required in designated departments.
