6. To develop the confidence through technical training and trouble shooting guidelines to new recruitments.
7. To give product refreshment documents for updating their efforts in market.
8. Analysis and preparation of products specifications.
9. Comparison of products with competitors.
10. Preparation & checking of promotional materials.
11. Technical support and services about product specifications to customers/ sales personnel. Via email telephone and onsite.
12. Managing customer database related to the complaints & other technical documents..
13. Attends National conferences participates by the company.
14. Miscellaneous work as per requirement
