Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
Performs evaluations and develops effective patient treatment plans to restore maintain or prevent decline of patient function by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal state and professional standards governing outpatient and home health care. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.
- Position: Occupational Therapist OTR
- Hours: PRN and Parttime
- Setting: Assisted Living Community
- Location: Heritage Place Fayetteville NC and Sycamore Ridge

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from Occupational Therapy program
- Current license as Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
- Previous experience in outpatient preferred
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification if practicing in home health
