Job Description
Electrician
Our client a specialist in providing comprehensive Manpower Recruitment Services is in need of an Electrician to contribute to the achievement of the companys objectives by improving productivity and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all electrical and electronic equipment at the company. Additionally the Electrician will be required to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform and move between jobs in any functional area of the Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and attend to breakdowns as required
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the working area to the highest hygiene standards
- Adhere to documented procedures and maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the factory at all times
- Assist in projects to increase production efficiency and actively work on waste reduction
- Comply with company policies and procedures including Occupational Health and Safety
- Support and promote the highest standards of hygiene at the company Group
- Perform other tasks or duties as required
Salary Range
Rs 50000 to Rs 75000
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of PLC and electrical drives and gears
- Familiarity with engineering tools and drawings
- Troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Education/Qualification
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Experience
- 3 years of experience in independently managing the Electrical department in a continuous food process industry
Requirements

- Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role
- Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and procedures
Benefits
3 years Contract if performance goodrenewed for another 3 years.
Incase contract is renewed then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (IndiaFijiIndia) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
