- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Contribute to group operations such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Must be 21 yrs of age or older
- Previous work experience in Front Desk Sales or Retail preferable in spa/fitness/hotels
- Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills (inperson and over the phone)
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience commissions on sales
