Job Description
We are looking for a Second Chef/ SousChef to join our busy Phorestaurant in XXXX.
Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs whowork very hard and are great at what they do so its important we find theright Second Chef who is going to be supportive friendly and handson always readyto help in the different sections of the kitchen.

What Pho is looking for:
- Hands on chefs who arepassionate about cooking fresh vibrant and flavoursome food.
- Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimumx1 years in role.
- Experience being second incommand in a kitchen. Assisting both the Head Chef with managerial duties and beinga mentor to our wok chefs lines chefs and salad chefs.
- Strong knowledge in food safetyand managing compliance within health and safety regulations
