Job Description

Area Sales Coordinator
Hilton Garden Inn Hampton Inn Home2 Suites Troy MI and Fairfield Inn Rochester MI

Peachtree Group is a privately held fully integrated real estate investment management lending and servicing platform. The company owns operates manages and develops hotels and invests in hotel and other commercial real estaterelated assets throughout the United States. Through its affiliate Peachtree Group Hospitality Management Peachtree manages the performance of 100 hotels across 27 brands with 14000 rooms in 26 states.

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Area Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and ensuring seamless event and group sales operations. This role is essential in coordinating sales activities maintaining client relationships and providing administrative support to the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in handling inquiries proposals contracts and group bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities contracts and correspondence in the sales database.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various hotel departments to ensure the successful of group bookings meetings and events.
  • Prepare and distribute reports presentations and other sales materials as needed.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in site visits client meetings and trade shows as required.
  • Process invoices payments and billing for salesrelated transactions.
  • Monitor and track room blocks event details and contractual obligations to ensure compliance.
  • Support the Catering Sales Manager and Director of Sales with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Stay updated on hotel services amenities and local attractions to effectively promote the property.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales hotel operations or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and hotel sales software preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or a related field is a plus.
