Job Description
All About You
As a Sr. Contract Administrator you will be responsible for reviewing copying distributing monitoring maintaining files and generating booking files on all customer contracts (includes correspondence amendment/modification requests submission of data items etc. and proposals.
Requirements
- Interfacing with customers and government representatives for proposals contracts and other issues related to customer/government requirements (property system requests for information audits etc..
- Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with prime contract customers autonomously.
- Reviewing preparing submitting and maintaining all confidentiality agreements for Saft America Inc. Review submit and maintain all invention disclosures patents trademarks copyrights and licenses.
Responsibilities
- A bachelors degree is required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Contract Administration or related similar experience.
- Communication organization motivation interpersonal initiative independence confidence learning mindset.
- Knowledge of FAR DFARS ITAR & EAR.
- Candidates must be US citizens or hold a green card.
