Concierge Longevity Garden
King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationis looking for a Longevity GardensConcierge to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn NY!

Longevity Gardens Concierge Responsibilities
Act as a resident advocate for LG facilities
Regularly check inwith LG residents
Attend events asrequired and perform some marketing functions to help build LG Census
Manage difficult andemotional customer situations and identifyand resolve problems in a timely manner
Ensure that residentsprivacy and rights are maintained during theactivities of daily living and participate inresident care plans
Perform all assignedtasks in accordance with established policies and procedures and as instructedby your supervisor
Longevity Gardens Concierge Requirements
High school diploma orits equivalent
Previous professionalexperience
COVID19 Vaccination
Preferred
Previous experience ina longterm care environment
Knowledge of Medicareand Medicaid requirements and procedures
Knowledge of lawsregulations and guidelines that pertain to longterm care
