Job Description
The Director of Sales focuses on development of sales leads and deploying a most efficient sales process while encouraging consultative selling and building strategic relationships and ensuring the Company maintains a competitive advantage.
The Sales Group at Zoot is responsible for acquiring new customers managing existing client relationships and ensuring that revenue client satisfaction and client retention targets are achieved.
The Director is expected to implement and execute Zoots corporate strategy in their group develop implement and execute a group/department strategy that aligns with the corporate strategy and establish relevant key performance indicators that provide measurements for the success of that strategy. Directors are also expected to manage and develop other managers who report to them as well as guide individual contributors on the team. Fiscal responsibility for their group is also expected which may include budgeting and planning and evaluating and approving expense proposals. Directors are expected to work with their peers at the Director level to ensure their groups strategy has alignment with other groups priorities which in turn should all align with Zoots corporate strategy.

Essential Job Functions
- Act as primary subject matter expert in the area of sales lead development and sales enablement (direct/indirect) strategies.
- Direct coordinate and oversee activities directly related to the organizations activity.
- Identify and develop organizational strategies and goals to achieve companys overall goals; achieve stated goals with implementation phases across existing staff and long term deployment while ensuring common understanding of vision strategy and objectives.
- Identify and maintain performance objectives and complete employee evaluations.
- Review existing processes and procedures; update as required to ensure effective work methods continuous improvement and highquality interactions with other groups within the company.
- Develop training programs for internal procedures and tools industry knowledge and best practices for individuals.
- Develop and maintain effective time scheduling systems for individuals ensuring commitments of work are completed appropriately.
- Review statements activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Determine staffing requirements and interview hire and train new employees.
- Know and comply with Zoots Policies and Procedures Code of Business Conduct and Employee Agreement.
- Achieve a servicefocused culture with emphasis on delivering ontime highquality products and services to internal and external customers.
