Description

*BONUS* This position is eligible for a bonus of up to $5000 for fulltime employees and $2500 for parttime employees. The bonus will be paid out in two parts: 1 following the successful completion of the sixmonth probationary period $2000 for fulltime employees; $1000 for parttime employees) and 2 following one year of employment $3000 for fulltime employees; $1500 for parttime employees). Fulltime employees must maintain fulltime status throughout the entirety of their first year to receive the fulltime bonus and parttime employees must average 16 hours per week to be eligible for the bonus.

Along with excellent training and experience Centre offers competitive compensation and benefits that include:

  • Pay: $18.00to $23.25(Depends on experience)
  • Health and Welfare: Employees may be eligible to receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of up to $4.98 per hour in addition to base pay (Up to $398.40 per pay period!
  • Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour
  • 100 employerpaid individual medical dental vision and basic life insurance for fulltime employees
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • 11 paid holidays per year
  • Doubletime pay on holidays worked
  • 401(k) with company match of up to 6(must meet age hours and length of service requirements)

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Some college education focused in Criminal Justice Social Work or a related field preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who possess at least two years of experience working with criminal justice treatment programs.

This position also requires effective communication skills the ability to pay attention to detail and proficiency in the use of computers including use of the internet and Microsoft Office.
