The next step for the Workato is the Agentic Platform a single workspace where companies can now build launch and manage AI agents across their organization. Workatos Agent Studio and prebuilt Agentic Apps increase employee productivity and expand the boundaries of automation and speed in the enterprise.
Workato seeks highly motivated entrepreneurial sellers to help found a new global business unit the Agentic Team. This role will be the first dedicated seller in the EMEA market working as a key member of the global team.
The Agentic Platform business is a startup within the startup with the mission to help companies meet the challenge of getting the fastest possible return in their business from AI and Agents. This business has already been a huge success with Workato customers and early adopters its time to scale it up. The team is made up of high performers and will hold a high standard as we grow.
As an Agentic AI Account Executive youll own the specialist role of crossselling the Agentic Platform into existing customers and also directly pursuing new logos for the company. This role will be highly collaborative as we support the core Workato sales motion and work across functions like Product and Marketing to grow this business. You will own the full lifecycle of the sale including pipeline generation qualification and postsales growth.
In this role you will also be expected to:
Thoroughly understand the Workato Agentic Platform and its unique value proposition.
Identify and address customer needs with a high level of expertise
Engage in challenging conversations and build trust with champion stakeholders in your accounts.
Think strategically about business growth and contribute to company development.
Work as part of a fully distributed team with 1020 travel for customer company and industry meetings.
510 years of experience in a closing role; experience in dynamic and growthfocused environments preferred.
Working experience with or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and Agents.
Preferred locations include London Amsterdam and Paris.
Experience working with intricate solutions lengthy sales cycles and targeting senior executive buyers.
Proven record of performance and problemsolving in previous roles.
