HRBP Process Responsibilities:
Acts as a single point of the contact for employees from lead to DU Head role in the business unit
To coordinate with the respective HRBP (Operations) and BU leaders across location
Builds a strong business relationship within the vertical
Actively identifies gaps proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
To oversee and monitor the activities that are assigned to HRBP (Operations) and Team Management.
Actsastheperformanceimprovementdriverandprovokespositivechangesinthepeoplemanagement
Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
To promote appreciative culture within the business unit
Work closely with the business unit to promote rewards and recognition
To ensure that all the new joiners have gone through the Orientation given by business unit during Training to Operations transition
To address employee Grievances analyze repeated grievances and suggest corrective measures. Also to counsel employees whenever necessary
To initiate and coordinate employee participation and engagement initiatives
To initiate Motivational and welfare activities
Responsible to monitor all PIPs are issued in the right sprit. Work closely with the respective leads to increase positive closures
To monitor timely completion of annual appraisal process and monthly confirmation appraisal
Responsible for monitoring completion of Exit Interviews Clearance formalities issuing relieving letters
To review WFM reports to support the business unit for improvement Shift Adherence WLB TMS Adherence Score Card Revision
To ensure that open positions are primarily considered internally
To initiate the IJP role confirmation for employees in Band 1 2&3
To continuously monitor and develop the skills capabilities and knowledge of team members
To monitor the smooth and timely completion of THS
Administration of AMBER program effectively. Amber the Smart AI assistant AI BOT
Identify possible reasons for decrease in THS score and collaborate with the respective lead/manager for improvement
ToworkcloselywithDPtounderstandandidentifybusinessrequirementsforprocessimprovements
To ensure employee retention meetings are conducted within 3 working days from the date of resignation by HR BP (Operations) and the respective Line Manager
To have a control on Weekly Monthly MIS and other relevant data pertaining to their business unit
To prepare welcome mailer for their reportees and AM &above in their business unit
To discuss with HRBP (Strategic) and DP for HN Bench cases
Conduct periodic review with their reportees and provide feedback
To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis Security Responsibility:
To ensure confidentiality integrity and availability of all data dealt in course of work
