The Role
Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team Lead and ICN Policy Implementation Team Lead
Develop a deep understanding of the State Governments Local Jobs First Policy (LJF) associated documentation systems and processes and assist Government agencies and industry to understand the LJF policy and its requirements
Support end to end delivery of the LJF policy to State Government projects and procurements
Administer the flow of information through VMC and associated databases in a timely manner
Provide support and answer phone and email queries from Government agencies and departments on ICN Victorias VMC portal processes (i.e. tender management registration and Local Industry Development Plan responses)
Delivering learning resources via ICNs live webinars for the Customer Services Team
Supporting the development and updating of learning resources for Government Agency Users on ICN Victorias VMC portal.
Actively collaborate with the Policy Implementation Team to execute outcomes deadlines and deliverables
Complete additional duties as directed by the Manager Team Lead or ICN Management (with the Managers clearance).
