Position Responsibilities
- Financial reporting & analysis Prepare and review monthly management reports providing insights to help clients make informed business decisions.
- Cash flow & budgeting support Assist clients in managing cash flow forecasting and setting budgets to ensure sustainable growth.
- Advisory & client collaboration Work closely with ecommerce and retail business owners to provide financial guidance beyond tax compliance.
- Techdriven accounting & automation Leverage cloudbased accounting tools (Xero inventory management software and automation tools) to optimize processes.
- Compliance & tax obligations Ensure accurate preparation and lodgment of tax returns BAS and other regulatory filings.
- Event participation & industry engagement Attend and contribute to industry events workshops and networking opportunities including interstate and international travel.
About You
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
- Chartered Accountant qualification in progress or plans to pursue in the near future
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or similar
- Expertise using accounting software including MYOB AE HowNow Active Ledger APS MYOB and Xero
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
- Proactive selfmotivated and enthusiastic
