About the opportunity
Join our Delivery Enablement team!
We are responsible for maintaining the technical health of bank delivery toolset for Portfolio Management Governance Delivery management and BAU operations; as well as developing metrics and reports to enable real time data and insights and capacity planning. Bring real change to enhance how we do things by supporting our ways of working across the bank. Youll get broad exposure across the bank whilst developing a breadth of skills.
In this role youll get to
- Provide expert support for the integration and efficient use of Tempo within the Jira ecosystem for time tracking endofmonth reporting and resource management.
- Deliver advanced support and administration of Confluence spaces to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Work closely with AWS cloud teams to support and optimise a hybrid cloud/onpremise environment with a strong focus on security scalability and operational resilience.
- Implement development best practices across Atlassian tools ensuring consistency maintainability and alignment with enterprise processes.
- Monitor system performance diagnose and resolve issues and manage updates patches and upgrades as required.
- Deliver user training and ongoing support to enhance adoption and effective use of Atlassian tools across the organisation.
- Lead and coordinate incident management processes including root cause analysis documentation communication and implementation of corrective actions.
- Manage and execute rollout and rollback plans for tool changes ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
What youll bring to the role
You will be able to administer configure and maintain the onpremise Jira instance hosted on AWS Cloud including user management workflows permissions and customisations.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven experience administering Jira Confluence and Tempo in enterprise environments.
- Handson experience working with AWS cloud services and understanding of secure integration between onpremise and cloud platforms.
- Solid knowledge of incident management frameworks and experience responding to major incidents in fastpaced environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and integrating Atlassian tools within broader delivery toolchains.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with engineering security and operations teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a serviceoriented mindset.
