Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Assembly Team Members to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for completing tasks in your assigned work area safely efficiently and in a timely manner while adhering to our companys core values and guidelines.
Essential Functions:
- Follow policies and procedures.
- Comply with certification standards (TS16949 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001.
- Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
- Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.
- Understand and apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance safety quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.
- High School diploma or GED required.
