This role sits at the heart of Atrix AIs marketing strategy shaping our product marketing foundation brand narrative and multichannel engagement with pharma and medtech audiences.
While this is a broad marketing role were intentionally seeking a contentforward expert who can craft compelling stories translate complex AI concepts into digestible insights and operationalize our content engine across multiple channelsincluding email webinars LinkedIn tradeshows and ABM campaignsto drive business impact.
At Atrix AI education is at the core of our approachwe believe that making AI accessible in healthcare starts with demystifying the technology and providing valuefirst content. This role will be instrumental in scaling thought leadership developing educational initiatives like Atrix University and ensuring our messaging aligns with how AI can enhance decisionmaking drive medical affairs impact and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
Beyond content creation this role is about building and optimizing Atrix AIs product marketing strategy. Youll be responsible for defining cohesive brand messaging ensuring marketing programs are datadriven and refining campaigns based on key performance metrics (MQLs SQLs pipeline contribution engagement rates and ROI).
Youll work closely with the CEO sales and product teams ensuring that our storytelling and positioning resonate across the buyers journeyfrom awareness to conversion to customer expansion.
Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy integrating content creation with multichannel marketing initiatives.
Define and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms ensuring our narrative aligns with our mission to impact healthcare and pharma innovation.
Partner with the CEO sales and product teams to craft and refine a cohesive marketing narrative that supports both product messaging and sales strategies.
Oversee and operationalize marketing programs across email webinars LinkedIn tradeshows and other relevant channels to create a unified brand experience.
Establish KPIs for each channel and regularly track key metrics (e.g. MQLs SQLs pipeline contribution etc). Use data insights to optimize campaign strategies run A/B testing and report on performance to stakeholders.
Lead the creation and repurposing of engaging video content and work closely with video editors to simplify complex AI concepts for enterprise audiences
Lead general content creation and repurposing of written and visual content in form of white papers webinar content etc.
Launch experiments across channels (including ABM) to drive topoffunnel growth and improve overall ROI.
Must haves
2 years of experience in enterprise B2B product marketing
Proven track record in contentdriven marketing with a strong emphasis on video storytelling and thought leadership.
Ability to translate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) insights into a clear differentiated story and messaging that resonates with B2B enterprise audiences.
Experience developing and executing endtoend multichannel product marketing strategies across email webinars LinkedIn tradeshows etc.
Experience collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer pain points.
Experience establishing KPIs for marketing channels (MQLs SQLs pipeline contribution engagement rates ROI).
Handson experience in creating and repurposing content for enterprise audiences (LinkedIn YouTube email webinars white papers etc..
Strong analytical mindsetable to track report and optimize marketing campaigns using data insights.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Customer HubSpot Marketo) and CRM systems to manage lead nurture flows.
Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with external agencies and video editors for timely content
