As a Personal Care Assistant you will partner with residents to support their daily routine personal care needs lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe valued respected and engaged as you work as part of a supportive dedicated team at St Vincents Care Services Southport.

Please note this is a casual role.
Things that work for us:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
6 months experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) if you already have and it is under 6 months old
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
