Job Description
Youll join our Product team reporting to our VP of Product and work at the intersection of Product Design Engineering and Data Science to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. As a Lead Product Manager you will be an individual contributor playing a key role in both defining strategy and driving the roadmap to strengthen our B2B/B2C advertising products while innovating with an AIfirst approach. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic investment in an AIfirst product transformation. The role requires a combination of strategic insight and handson to turn vision into reality directly impacting product adoption customer retention and user satisfaction.

The impact youll make:
- Define and evolve the longterm vision for B2B advertising driving AI innovation to build solutions that meet customer needs.
- Translate highlevel strategy into actionable roadmaps ensuring successful product and driving business results.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align strategic goals with product ensuring that customercentric solutions are prioritized.
- Monitor success metrics and leverage datadriven insights to continuously refine the product and improve customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a mentor and leader fostering innovation within the product team and helping shape the companys AIdriven future.
- Lead product innovation driving impactful features that directly affect product adoption retention and customer satisfaction.
Skills youll bring:
- 9 years of experience in product management with expertise in AIdriven solutions and B2B advertising.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and AIpowered product experiences that drive customer value and business results.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize products. Your ability to identify key success metrics and leverage insights will play a critical role in ensuring the product meets both customer needs and business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing diverse stakeholders across product engineering design and leadership teams. Youll be an advocate for innovation ensuring the voice of the customer is heard while driving alignment within teams.
- A proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple crossfunctional dependencies. Youll need to balance strategic thinking with handson ensuring that innovative features are prioritized and delivered effectively.

Additional Information:
Minimum salary of $162555 to maximum salary of $241618 equity benefits.
The range provided is NextRolls reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on jobrelated and nondiscriminatory factors such as location experience training skills and abilities.
