Job Description
Job Summary:
Ourisman Chantilly Kia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Quick Lube Technician to join our team at our busy auto dealership in Chantilly Virginia. The Quick Lube Technician will be responsible for performing routine oil changes and basic maintenance services on vehicles as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the service area. This is a fulltime hourly position working as an individual contributor in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of $18 to $20 per hour

Responsibilities:
Perform routine oil changes and other basic maintenance services on vehicles including tire rotations filter replacements and fluid topoffs
Inspect and test vehicle systems and components such as brakes and batteries to identify any potential issues or recommended services
Keep accurate and detailed records of all work performed including parts and supplies used
Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety protocols and procedures
Communicate effectively with customers providing friendly and knowledgeable service
Assist other service technicians and team members as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Quick Lube Technician or in the automotive industry preferred
Proficient in basic automotive maintenance and repairs
Ability to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
