Your Role and Responsibilities:

Whizdom is seeking expressions of interest from graduates with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent to join a global blue chip IT provider.

We are looking for motivated Graduate IT Delivery Consultant at the beginning of their career to join our clients Professional Services Team. The team will assist leaders in planning designing and implementing essential IT infrastructure for future advancements. You will also provide a wide range of IT infrastructure services for various systems and storage solutions. As a Graduate IT Delivery Consultant you will support IT infrastructure services for clients onsite helping them solve business challenges gain new skills and discover best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialised support globally leveraging your growing knowledge of IT storage server and other systems and hardware products.
  • Assist in the technical aspects of solution construction implementation and system integration.
  • Support the delivery of highquality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements.
  • Develop skills and handson experience in subject matter areas including storage and server systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for client engagements and assist in designing and deploying solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants globally to develop new assets.
  • Assist in conducting lab sessions/workshops on focus areas.
  • Support PoCs for clients and internal teams as needed.

Requirements:

Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Basic understanding of systems concepts and architecture.
  • Familiarity with hybrid solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of automation and scripting for daytoday tasks.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery planning and deployment.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Problemsolving skills and an interest in developing innovative solutions using both proprietary and opensource technologies.

Location: Canberra

Required Education: Bachelors Degree (Engineering: Computer Science or equivalent)

Preferred Education: Masters Degree

Eligibility: To be eligible for this opportunity our client has requested that candidates will need to be an Australian Permanent Resident (PR) or Australian Citizen (preferred).

Note: This role may require occasional travel depending on project requirements.
