Office Administrator Job Summary:
The Office Administrator role at AA Metals is responsible for the oversight and management of administrative operations at our corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office functioning providing departmental support across all teams and contributing to organizational efficiency.

Office Administrator Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as assigned
- Manage phone calls emails and visitors directing inquiries to the appropriate party
- Assist in basic HR duties such as recruiting screening and interviewing candidates
- Assist in scheduling meetings appointments vendors and travel
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Input data with accuracy into various company databases/documents
- Maintain and update records ensuring accurate data integrity
- Generate reports as needed
- Manage and oversee HR aspects of office vendor management
- Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Lead planning coordination and of meetings routine company events and largescale company events
- Work closely with other departments such as operations and finance to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives
- Act as a strong promoter of a positive company culture
Office Administrator Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal abilities including the ability to model professional interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently prioritizing deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fastpaced environment with poise
- Ability to assume increasing responsibilities related to Human Resources functions
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable
