Job Description

Minimum Qualifications
Must hold a graduate degree in a relevant field (i.e. Masters degree is required for teaching in the MA courses and EdD or PhD are required for teaching in the EdD programs). Five 5 years of relevant professional experience as appropriate to the specific course.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior higher education teaching experience. Content and pedagogical knowledge required for the specific course. Ability to teach adult learners. Experience teaching or working directly with students online. Demonstrated commitment to and teaching in diverse settings as well as working with students from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
