The primary focus of the Leave Administrator is leave of absence administration. Serving as the subject matter expert and working from extensive leave administration experience the Specialist will oversee the following: (FMLA and nonFMLA Leaves ADA Accommodations and Short/Long Term Disability Leaves).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee employee leave of absence programs including but not limited to: FMLA nonFMLA ADA Accommodations Sick Leave Pool Donation Program Parental Leave and shortterm/longterm disability in accordance with federal state and local laws
