Responsibilities:
Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
Marketing/Quoting new business and renewal submissions.
Provide prompt accurate and friendly service.
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability eligibility coverage and policy changes.
Become familiar with products services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success through crossselling and new initiative.
Requirements:
Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI)
Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Good operational computing skill/typing 50 WPM (Microsoft Office Suites Internet Browsers)
Confident selfstarter who works well independently
Strong problemsolving capabilities
Ability to multitask
