Job Description
Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals at our Rochester clinic. In this vital role you will provide exceptional care to clients with a variety of mental health/substance abuse conditions helping to improve their quality of life. Your expertise in nursing and passion for supporting individuals through their behavioral health/recovery journeys will make a real difference within our community. This is a parttime position (about 20 hours per week) in our Rochester location. The ideal candidate will have psychiatric and chemical dependency experience preferably in a behavioral health environment. Must have a working knowledge of CASAC regulations and be comfortable working with the forensic population.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing client medical screenings and evaluations
- Medical injections
- Laboratory testing
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Obtaining prior authorizations as needed
- Facilitation of Medical Education Groups
- Assisting in Med Clinics
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited college of Nursing and 2 years experience in a similar position.

Salary starting at $21.30 $23.96 per hour depending on education credential and experience.
