Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) based in the US to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads nurturing client relationships and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Your goal will be to exceed sales targets develop longterm partnerships and contribute significantly to our companys success. If you have a deep understanding of sales dynamics excel in relationship building and are motivated to achieve highimpact results we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the established Sales Playbook and Sales Process to ensure consistency and effectiveness throughout the sales journey.
- Manage your individual sales pipeline including prospecting qualifying and tracking progress to maximize deal closures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and prospects to build relationships understand their needs and position Optimum7s products and services as the ideal solutions.
- Develop and send proposals that align with client needs budgets and timelines and follow up to ensure prompt responses.
- Utilize LinkedIn emails phone calls Zoom meetings and other channels to engage prospects and advance them through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with Marketing and other departments to create and execute leadgeneration campaigns that align with sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product updates to continuously refine sales approaches.
- Regularly report on sales activities pipeline status and progress toward targets to Sales Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a BDR or similar role within a salesdriven organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce Seamless LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales/CRM related tools.
- Selfmotivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an eCommerce agency.
- Experience in digital marketing and web development service sales.
- Experience following a Sales Playbook within your team/organization.
