- CompensationThe Assistant Manager is an hourly management development role on the path to becoming a General Manager with ESR. Our AGMs average wages range between 70K and 75K. This is based on a work schedule of 40 regular hours worked per week plus 5 scheduled authorized overtime hours worked per week.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge of Italian food and beverages.
- Experience in all roles related to the front of the house; Hosting service and solid bartending skills
- Love to teach and share your knowledge of food and beverage with others.
- Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit
- Current WA Food Workers Card
