Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Employee Relations. As an Employee Relations you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees. This role requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of employee relations best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employee relations best practices
- Ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Easily adaptable and able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive situations
- Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee issues
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures
- Handle employee grievances conflicts and disciplinary actions
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated matters
- Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Create and conduct training programs on employee relations best practices
