Job Description
Summary: Stateline CJDR is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry Level Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Auto Industry you will have the opportunity to work with house hold name brands and learn and grow in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn and develop their skills.
Compensation & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16 $25 per hour paid semimonthly. Additionally they will have access to benefits such as health insurance retirement plans paid time off and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests and identify automotive issues
- Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles
- Repair and replace faulty components
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Keep records of all repairs and services performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Continuously learn and keep uptodate with technical advancements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methods
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding environment
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must have a valid drivers license
