Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned maintenance
- Conduct planned maintenance schedules
- Improve operational efficiency
- Ensure effective quality
- Ensure costeffective replacements of tools
- Maintenance of tools jigs and dies to the maximum uptime
- Adhere to company health and safety and housekeeping standards
- Develop/fabricate new equipment
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding their specific requirements and train subordinates
- Limit reworks and nonconforming products
- Problemsolving on tools jigs and dies
- Work a threeshift pattern standby and overtime
- Manage breakdowns
- Efficient work standards.
- Matric certificate
- Trade tested Tool Die and Jig maker
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Previous maintenance experience and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Press and Injection moulding machine experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- CNC Experience (Milling mc and Wire cutter)
- Read understand and draft technical drawings.
- CAD (Computer Aided Design)/CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture)
