Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is already working with another company and clients but is seeking additional hours. As a caregiver with our organization you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need of care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.

• Assist with mobility and transfers ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry cleaning and organizing to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.

• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and emotional wellbeing.

• Document and report any changes in clients health behavior or needs to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their families.

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the caregiving team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans.

• Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.

Compensation:$16.50$17.50

This companionship and caregiving position offersflexible hoursand opportunities to assist seniors on Morning Afternoon and Weekendshifts. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care while others require 24hour care. Parttime and Fulltime availability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a caregiver preferably with elderly or disabled individuals.

• Valid certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes as needed.

• Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
