- $80000$120000 per hour (includes base plus profit sharing).

Skills and/or Requirements
- Two years commercial and/or residential electrical experience.
- Journeyman or Masters electrical license required.
- Comfortable and skilled at explaining technical things and educating customers on options for their service.
- Physically able to perform duties of an electrician in small spaces such crawlspaces and attics climbing ladders lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to install light fixtures fans switches receptacles GFCI outlets and repair and change out panels and grounding install generators and more.
- Have all own hand and power tools.
- Strong computer/iPad skills a must.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Able to pass a drug test background check and MVR.
- High school degree or GED.
- Service Titan a plus! (But we are happy to train you if you are good with iPads software apps etc.
Responsibilities
- Solve customers electrical issues from installations to repairs. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a homes electrical panel and wiring.
- Complex troubleshooting.
- Perform quality control testing.
- Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed.
- Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects.
- Provide work order description and price customers projects on iPad in Service Titan.
- Ensure the safety of both you and the people you serve leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in. Keep your company vehicle well maintained.
