Job Description
Location: North West South Africa
Overview:
Hire Resolves Leading Mining Client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of a mining plant in the North West region of South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining operations management with a focus on ensuring the safety efficiency and profitability of the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Running the metallurgist plant
- Delivery of Capital projects
- Improvement and efficiency
- Ensure safe production targets are met
- Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Metallurgy / Chemical
- Experience in operating PGM crushing milling and floatation circuits
- 5 years experience as Production Superintendent
Benefits:
- Salary: R2.8m R3.2m CTC
