We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our facility ensuring a safe and wellmaintained environment for all staff and visitors.
Description of the Role:The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the facility ensuring a safe and wellmaintained environment for all staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management:Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of facilities including HVAC plumbing electrical systems and landscaping.
- Safety Compliance:Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Budget Management:Develop and manage the facilities budget ensuring costeffective solutions and efficient resource allocation.
- Vendor Coordination:Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Team Leadership: Create and implement facility work order process.
- Space Planning:Optimize the use of space within the facilities coordinating office moves and renovations.
- Emergency Response:Develop and implement emergency response plans for facilityrelated incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
