Job Description
RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our clients team in Phillipi Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a resultsdriven professional to lead and drive sales strategies in a competitive market. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance and motivation
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure that sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and drive strategic decisionmaking
- Experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
