Job Description
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
- Perform routine indoor and outdoor maintenance of buildings on HighScope property including the mansion offices and preschool buildings. Prepare rental units for tenants.
- Perform custodial duties in the offices and the onsite preschool / infant/toddler homes.
- Keep walkways and driveways clear of snow and debris.
- Perform other workrelated duties as assigned.
- Ability to prioritize work meet deadlines handle multiple projects work under pressure and be flexible.
- Strong organizational planning and time management skills; highly productive and energetic; strong work ethic; results oriented.
- Ability to work independently take initiative ability work with minimal supervision.
- Ability/willingness to comprehend and cooperate with directions and supervision.
