Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trainer & Subject Matter Expert to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering industryaligned course content ensuring that our training programs meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive and engaging course content that aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of our learners.
Ensure that course materials are uptodate accurate and relevant to current industry trends and practices.
Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars delivering content in a clear and engaging manner.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Assess and evaluate learner progress providing feedback and support to ensure successful outcomes.
Stay current with industry developments and emerging trends to maintain and enhance subject matter expertise.
Provide expert advice and insights to both learners and colleagues on relevant topics and best practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and materials making adjustments as needed to improve quality and relevance.
Gather and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to ensure the training meets their needs and expectations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of training sessions including attendance and evaluation data.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing strategies for the training programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education Business IT etc..
Proven experience as a trainer educator or subject matter expert in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of industry standards trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to design and develop engaging and effective training materials.
Experience with instructional design tools and technologies is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
