Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated MidLevel Architect to join our team in Noida. The role involves contributing to various projects from initial design through to completion ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. This is a fulltime position offering an opportunity to work on diverse projects across different sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Up to 3 years of work experience in architecture or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all stages of project development.
- High level of creativity to bring innovative design solutions.
- Leadership skills to guide and coordinate project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed architectural drawings.
- Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for presentations and renderings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts in collaboration with the project team from initial stages to final presentation.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and renderings in SketchUp for client presentations.
- Prepare visual presentations and renderings using Adobe Photoshop.
- Oversee construction documentation and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and other consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Review and approve materials shop drawings and samples for compliance with design intent.
- Meet with clients to discuss project objectives needs and budget constraints.
