Description

We are seeking a dedicated Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Analyst to join our team. This role based in London will support DEI initiatives across the EMEA region working closely with the global DEI team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing implementing and tracking progress against the DEI strategies that are tailored to the cultural and business landscape of the region.

Position Overview

In partnership with the global DEI team Talent Development Employee Resource Groups Senior Leadership and HR Business Partners this individual will support effective peoplefocused initiatives that continue to recruit develop and retain employees while creating an inclusive culture that drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Jefferies Diversity Council and seven EMEAbased Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to assist in the development and of corporate diversity strategies that align with business initiatives.
  • Assist in the design and management of innovative programs and initiatives that promote inclusiveness throughout the firm further strengthen employee collaboration and forge community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with global DEI team to collect and analyze diversity metrics including representation data employee sentiment and feedback. Measure tangible progress yearoveryear.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners recruiting teams and senior leaders across the organization in the development and of strategies to attract develop and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Support the development of inclusive policies and practices that align with local laws and cultural norms across various EMEA countries. Monitor global regulatory policies/legal standards around diversity.
  • Conduct research and analysis on trends challenges and opportunities in the DEI space specific to EMEA.
  • Research DEI best practices by reviewing company websites vendors social media and awards. Stay wellinformed of the latest DEI research and news.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on diversity initiatives progress and outcomes.
  • Partner with the Firms Marketing & Communications team on internal messaging social media and internal and external DEI website updates.
  • Serve as a resource for employees providing guidance on diversityrelated topics fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support EMEAbased onsite logistics for ERG events.

Requirements Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 1year experience in Human Resources and/or related Learning & Development Diversity Equity & Inclusion HR Analytics or Event Planning or related roles preferably in an EMEAfocused capacity.
  • Exceptional project management skills with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills impeccable verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to project credibility build trust and deliver results.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Appetite for continuous improvement and preparedness to think about new approaches and solutions to learning ability to think creatively.
