Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Location: Rogers Minnesota
Company: IState Truck Center
Pay Range: $23.00$26.00 per hour DOE
Warehouse Associates fulfill a critical role in our operations by answering phones interface with customers reference part numbers aid customers and participates in inventory. They also provide support to the service department. This is a critical position in ensuring that the company can locate and secure parts for jobs to be completed in a timely manner. Making sure we can access the parts in an efficient and costeffective manner ensures we are representing our customers best interest.

Job Duties:
- Read production schedule orders (customer work shipping requisition etc. to determine items to be removed gathered or distributed.
- Transport materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size type style color or product code
- Fill requisitions work orders or requests for materials tools or other stock items and distributes items to workers.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or transports orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Mark materials with identifying information
- Open bales crates and other containers
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Use computer to enter records.
- Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications
- Drives vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.
Desired Qualities/Skills:
- Experience operating forklifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Excel Word Outlook etc. preferred.
- Proficient with computers and related computer components.
