- Travel within 24 mile radius of CRMC with paid driving time andmileage reimbursement at the federal rate.
- Call back payis time and onehalf for 4 hours(guarantee) regardless of time to complete visit.
- Weekends every 46 weeks.
- Work only one holiday a year

A Day in the Life of an RN Home Care
As a Registered Nurse in Home Care you will prioritize patient welfare through compassionate and direct patient care aligning with the Cuyuna Regional Medical Centers goals. This role involves utilizing the nursing process for assessment and care planning effectively coordinating patient care in consultation with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Challenges include adapting to diverse patient needs and maintaining uptodate clinical skills in a dynamic healthcare environment. Collaboration is crucial as you will lead and supervise a team including LPNs and Home Health Aides. Your work structure is characterized by both independence in managing your caseload and teamwork in ensuring comprehensive patient care and education.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Valid Minnesota drivers license
- Current Minnesota RN license
Preferred
- Previous experience in Home Care
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
