TomKadlec Kia is a fun fastpaced environment that has many growth opportunities! We are looking to hire a fulltime Business Development Coordinator to join our team! The pay rangeis $17.00$19.00/hour with additional commission pay! Candidates will be committed to providing exceptional customer service with a high level of energy and desire to grow in a team oriented atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone and webbased leads.
  • Schedule appointments for service and sales.
  • Contact customers on current incentives.
  • Make follow up calls to our current customers.
  • Develop relationships with potential new customers.
  • Maintain an accurate database with customer information and notes.
  • Provide basic knowledge on vehicles.
  • Introduce customer to a Sales Consultant that will help them through the buying or selling process.
  • Assisting with the scheduling of loaner vehicles.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be available to work flexible hours and rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person by email and phone
  • Must possess basic computer skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid Drivers License
