About the Opportunity

Your Purpose:
As an Entry Level Junior Field Support Technician you will play a key role in providing onsite and remote IT support ensuring that systems and hardware operate efficiently. You will assist with installations troubleshooting and maintenance of IT infrastructure while supporting endusers with technical issues. Your Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues installing and configuring hardware and software and assisting with network setup and maintenance. You will respond to service requests ensuring that all technical problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
You will also provide basic training and support to endusers helping them navigate IT systems and resolve minor technical concerns. Additionally you will document issues and solutions contributing to a knowledge base for future troubleshooting. Regular travel to client sites may be required to provide onsite support and ensure that IT systems remain operational.
Whats Required:
To be successful in this role you should have a Matric (Grade 12 A and/or N qualifications and basic IT skills with knowledge of hardware software and networking. Prior experience in IT support or troubleshooting is not required as training will be provided.
A strong willingness to learn a passion for technology and good communication skills as you will be assisting nontechnical users with their IT issues. A cell phone valid drivers license and own transport is essential as you will provide onsite support. Additionally a proactive and problemsolving mindset will help you tackle technical challenges efficiently.
