Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Construction Loan Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in managing the administration of construction loans overseeing draw requests and ensuring compliance with company policies and lending regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction loan processes cost estimation and draw disbursements. This is a new role for our client so experience in the role is required for consideration as no training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Administration: Manage all aspects of construction loan administration including tracking loan disbursements reviewing draw requests and ensuring compliance with loan agreements.
  • Draw Process Management: Review and process draw requests verifying supporting documentation such as invoices lien waivers and inspection reports.
  • Project Monitoring: Coordinate with borrowers contractors and inspectors to ensure construction projects are progressing according to approved budgets and timelines.
  • Cost Analysis & Compliance: Analyze construction budgets cost breakdowns and change orders to ensure proper allocation of funds and adherence to loan terms.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed and organized loan files track project progress and generate reports for internal teams and investors. Must have experience creating feasibility reports
  • Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers builders and internal teams addressing inquiries related to loan draws disbursements and construction costs.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in construction projects and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate financial exposure.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in construction loan administration. Private Money lending experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction cost estimates draw processes lien waivers and funding procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with loan servicing software Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and document management systems.
Salary: $80100k plus bonus
