Description

Senior Analyst

This position requires an active Public Trustclearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and United States citizenship to be considered.

The Senior Analyst will provide analytical operational and technical support to the DLA Enterprise. This role involves conducting statistical analyses work simplification studies and evaluating data to assist management in improving efficiency and effectiveness. The Senior Analyst will ensure operational continuity by maintaining accurate asset records managing variable cost accountability and overseeing the accounting of new additions deactivations and inventory certification verifications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property accountability and relevant policies along with a strong background in accounting data analysis and system management.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Sr. Analyst: $95000 annually

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical Dental Vision 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Sr. Analyst Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance across the DLA Enterprise.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend datadriven solutions.
  • Provide expertise in evaluating and streamlining procedures for better alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decisionmaking and track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring staff on operational processes data analysis and systems usage.
  • Review and interpret data from various sources generating insights to guide management decisions.
  • Support the preparation and review of financial reports related to asset management and inventory controls.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws policies and regulations in all operational processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data input into asset management systems.
  • Participate in QA and QC audits to ensure adherence to established property accountability standards and practices.
  • Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned

Sr. Analyst Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:

  • Strong knowledge of asset management systems and tools with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data identify trends and make actionable recommendations for process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams management and external stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in conducting audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing inventory controls.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a track record of providing innovative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI and other data analysis tools; experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with government procurement systems financial reporting and budgeting processes.
